Return & Right of Withdrawal

Any item purchased in our (web) store can be returned within 14 days, without reason. This term starts the next day after you receive the item. You can come to the shop, contact klantenservice@ouderwetsewinkel.nl, or by telephone  +31 (0) 72 51 20 857 (during opening hours). After we have received the item we will inform you via email. If you use your Right of Withdrawal please fill out the form below.

After withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the products. Therefore, after receipt of the entire order, you have 14 days to withdraw, and after 14 days of withdrawal, return the products. Always include (a copy of) your order confirmation with the return shipment 

The return shipment is paid for by the custormer.  Make sure you have a Track & Trace number when shipping. Of course, we will refund the amount as soon as possible, but in any event within 14 days of the return shipment. If we have not received your return shipment within 14 days, we will suspend payment and request a valid Track & Trace number.

Please make sure you the packaging of your return shipment is proper. Use the origanal packaging material if possible. Any damage during the return shipment will be beared by the customer.

Returning Items You Didn't Order

If you placed an order but received the wrong item, you can return the wrong item for a refund or a replacement of the item by sending us an email at klantenservice@ouderwetsewinkel.nl. Within one working day we will find a suitable solution. Did you order the wrong item yourself? No problem. Please send the item back to us but make sure to always contact us first. Damaged or Defective Items

We take the utmost care when shipping our products. We use proper packaging material and extra strong boxes. Unfortunately, in a few cases products get damaged or become defective during shipping. In some instances only the packaging material is only damaged, so make sure the product is really damaged/defective. If possible, take a picture of the damage and contact us. We will find a suitable solution.
